Anzac Poems

Anzac day is a day to remeber those people who died,
Not about those yummey anzac biscuits.
Zach my friend loves eating them,
And so do I , but I still think about the war .
Can you imagine it... because I can.

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Red like the soldiers blood.
Autumn like the discarded shells.
Somewhere far from home.
Icy like the cold ocean.
A ripped and torn captain's coat.
War is like a bed of nails.
Almost like Black Hawk Down.
Meat that tastes like fat.
